		<description>If you look at the financial reports of Government of India. Laying connectivity takes 1 % of what it takes to lay highways. There are villages in India where people are not aware of the services and funds they get from the government because there is not connectivity between them and the rest of the world. I am one of the membera in the PCtvt Team and we did a three year study in the rural backdrop of India to come up with such a device.

 I sincerely suggest you to come to India and see the stage for pilot study to understand the details about this mega-project.
