- Lead the software development and systems team of one of the University's main computing groups and the only department primarily focused on the computing and technology needs of students. 
- Manage and assist professional and student staff to develop campus-wide software systems for students, faculty, and staff; administer servers, systems and network infrastructure; and coordinate maintenance of the department's web presences. 
- Serve as a project manager for software development, systems and networking projects, from requirements analysis to designing and implementing solutions. 
- Provide recommendations and plan new initiatives with technical and nontechnical staff, clients, and partners across campus. 
- Actively participate in computing and technology program and policy development for the department, associated offices, and the University in general. 
	
	As Senior Software Engineer, Residential Computing 6/2001-9/2006:
